I love that they come to me. My dogs get taken from the house to the van and back again quickly. There is no car ride and they don't have to be in a crate all day waiting for their turn, like at Petsmart. The girl who grooms in my zip code has been wonderful. She has a great personality, does a good job, and the dogs both like her. I have 2 miniature poodles and they have always turned out great. Perhaps the other reviewers live in different zip codes and have had different groomers. I am sorry for them, but I have not experienced any problems.

I have a little 1-1/2 year old poodle that I rescued and invested many hours in making her feel safe and loved.The groomer scalped her and told me it was because she was matted, which she absolutely wasn't. She nicked her with the blade and didn't tell me. This incident has set her back big time. She is having trouble trusting me from time to time. I called the owner and she had an excuse for everything I told her. She refused to give me a refund. She said that grooming was always a trauma for a dog which is an outright lie. I've been getting dogs groomed for 30 years with no trauma. Then she told me I had a problem (psychological) and hung up on me.

My Aussie shep cross needed a bath and a clip. The Malamute needed the same thing. So I called and advised P&B that they were big boys but very gentle. They could do him no problem. So on a Sunday the fgoomer comes out and she is done in no time at all with both boys. They look good. Except that within 48 hours they stuck. Worse than they had before. Groomer didn't actually bathe either dog. Just squirted doggie deodorant on both dogs. OK so I now know who not to use in the future. No calling or raising hell. Just my choice where to spend my grooming dollar. But wait! A few days later a rep from PB calls to see how I liked everything. I was honest. Not happy at all. $130 and a week later I have stinky dogs who still need a bath. The corker? I was told "Sorry Ma'am, I don't have any power to fix things. I just have to call to see if you are happy." If you can't fix what's wrong, then why bother ringing my phone? Oh yea, PB is off my list of groomers now.
